The jobs listed below will allow you to earn your volunteer hours for reimbursement ($30) at the end of the season. It is the members responsibility to record the hours in the Volunteer Log and make sure the hours are approved by the Volunteer Coordinator before consideration for reimbursement. 

POSTERS AND FLYERS (FOR 5 EVENTS)

  • Make and post 10 days prior to each social event

SOCIAL EVENTS - HELP PLAN, ORGANIZE AND RUN

  • Children's Parties, Teen Parties, Adult Parties, Family Parties & 
  • Potlucks: Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day

FLOWERS

  • Water as needed for a month

LOST AND FOUND

  • Wash, Dry and Fold items monthly
  • Labor Day Potluck Auction : one time

Grounds Upkeep (filled for 2010)

  • Take care of the grounds all season and reduce your dues by $300.

Front Desk Infomation E-mail

Sign Up here for Front Desk Duty 

1.  Front Desk Volunteers will each work 15 three hour shifts in order to earn a dues discount of $250 for the 2010 season.

2.  A minimum of 18 non-lifeguard persons are needed for the season.

3.  Front Desk Volunteers will be recruited through the Exchange Pool web page by using the Front Desk Volunteer contact form.

4.  Front Desk Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.

5.  One shift per day on weekends and throughout the week during regular season hours will be staffed by a lifeguard staff person with two years or less experience.

6.  If all Front Desk Volunteer shifts are filled, it will be the responsibility of the volunteer to swap shifts with another volunteer if they wish to make a change to their schedule. If there are vacant shifts, the volunteer may use one of these to accommodate a shift change.

7.  Front Desk Volunteer Orientation is mandatory for all Front Desk Volunteers and lifeguards.  The first orientation is Saturday, May 1st at 10am at the pool.

8.  All Front Desk persons while on duty will wear an Exchange T-Shirt provided by the pool.

9.  All Front Desk persons will be expected to comply with the Front Desk Position Job Description.

Front Desk Volunteer Shifts -  May 15th to June 10th
Monday – Friday:  4pm – 7pm
Saturday: 10am -1pm; 5pm – 8pm
Sunday: 11am – 2pm; 5pm – 8pm
 
Front Desk Volunteer Shifts -  June 11th  to August 24th
Monday – Friday: 10am – 1pm; 5pm – 8pm
Saturday: 10am -1pm; 5pm – 8pm
Sunday: 11am – 2pm; 5pm – 8pm

Front Desk Volunteer Shifts -  August 25th to September 6th
Monday – Friday:  4pm – 7pm
Saturday: 10am -1pm; 5pm – 8pm
Sunday: 11am – 2pm; 5pm – 8pm
