Sign Up here for Front Desk Duty 1. Front Desk Volunteers will each work 15 three hour shifts in order to earn a dues discount of $250 for the 2010 season. 2. A minimum of 18 non-lifeguard persons are needed for the season. 3. Front Desk Volunteers will be recruited through the Exchange Pool web page by using the Front Desk Volunteer contact form. 4. Front Desk Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older. 5. One shift per day on weekends and throughout the week during regular season hours will be staffed by a lifeguard staff person with two years or less experience. 6. If all Front Desk Volunteer shifts are filled, it will be the responsibility of the volunteer to swap shifts with another volunteer if they wish to make a change to their schedule. If there are vacant shifts, the volunteer may use one of these to accommodate a shift change. 7. Front Desk Volunteer Orientation is mandatory for all Front Desk Volunteers and lifeguards. The first orientation is Saturday, May 1st at 10am at the pool. 8. All Front Desk persons while on duty will wear an Exchange T-Shirt provided by the pool. 9. All Front Desk persons will be expected to comply with the Front Desk Position Job Description.
